Villa Stefan - Kozuf is a private mountain villa made for guests who want quiet, fresh air and a nature stay without giving up home comfort. The property has approx. 100 m² over two levels: living area with sofa bed, fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, plus bedroom, children’s room, play corner and a terrace overlooking the river upstairs.
Location and access
The villa is located in a quiet weekend-home area near Smrdliva Voda on Kozuf. Nearby are the mineral sulphur spring, a mountain river, forest, hiking and cycling routes, natural scenery, Konsko Dam, St. Ilija church, Kozuf waterfall and Kozuf Ski Centre. There is no shop immediately nearby, so guests are advised to buy supplies in Gevgelija before arrival.
Potential and use
The stay is best suited for families with children, couples, small groups, quiet weekends and remote work. It is not intended for loud parties, large celebrations or party-style groups. In winter, heating is provided by a wood fireplace and electric heaters; in summer, the mountain freshness is usually enough without cooling.
